Ciaramita, of the Nerello Mascalese grape variety, is very elegant with a strong personality.
Enriched by exposure of the land where it grows to the North-East side and by the sandy soil, allowing for a gradual maturation. Fully flavoured, with spicy aroma. Rich and intense taste. Excellent with complex main courses and medium done meats.
Serve in large glasses at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees.
